Who DO I work with?

You might be a CEO wanting to set a new tone or direction. You might be a senior leader or founder who is still too close to the operational detail and needs to be more strategic. Or you might be an experienced executive who realises it is time to re-evaluate; recognising that in some way, either you or your organisation needs to change.

I work with leaders and teams in start-ups, SMEs, large multi-nationals and not-for-profit organisations. The products and contexts might be different but the leadership challenges are invariably the same.
